    Terms of Service

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fivestarharvester.com and the Five Star Harvester done-for-you Google review service (the "Service") provided by [LEGAL ENTITY - CONFIRM] ("Five Star Harvester", "we", "us"). By booking a call, paying for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

    1. The Service

    We set up and manage review requests for your business: connecting your Google Business Profile and customer list, sending review requests and follow-ups by text and email, drafting replies to new reviews and providing a monthly results report. Text messaging begins after your sending number is approved through U.S. carrier registration, which we do not control.

    2. Fees and billing

    • The Service costs $297 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
    • There is no setup fee and no long-term contract.
    • Fees are non-refundable, including for partial months, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
    • If a payment fails, we may pause the Service until it is resolved.

    3. Cancellation

    You may cancel at any time by contacting us at [CONTACT EMAIL - CONFIRM] or through your billing link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Reviews posted on Google remain on your profile.

    4. Your responsibilities

    • You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage the Google Business Profile you connect.
    • You confirm that every customer you give us has agreed to be contacted by your business, and that you have the consent required by law (including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM) for us to send them review requests on your behalf.
    • You will provide accurate information and promptly tell us about customers who ask not to be contacted.
    • You will not ask us to offer incentives for reviews, post fake reviews or filter out negative reviews.

    5. Google and platform policies

    We follow Google's review policies, which means we invite all customers to leave honest reviews and never filter or suppress negative ones. Google, carriers and messaging providers set their own rules and may change them or decline to display reviews or deliver messages. We are not responsible for their decisions.

    6. No guaranteed results

    We do not guarantee any number of reviews, star rating, search ranking or business result. Results depend on your customers, the size of your customer list and factors outside our control.

    7. Intellectual property

    You keep ownership of your business information, customer data and content. You give us permission to use them only to provide the Service. We keep ownership of our website, templates, processes and software configuration.

    8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

    9. Termination

    We may suspend or end the Service if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service or create legal risk for us or your customers.

    10. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE - CONFIRM], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

    11. Changes

    We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify active clients by email before they take effect.
